    The version of Smart MP3 Renamer that I purchased in 2007 has stopped working & the support & owner of this website has not replied to any contact for support.
    Their email box overflows & the email is returned. I also sent an email to the registered email address of the domain owner with no reply.

    If the owner of the software won't provide support nor contact then I would avoid purchasing this product.

    its been a full year since the last update from the software creator

    don't expect any updates even though it seems he changed the date on the main page (2010 at the bottom)
